Refund, Replacement & Return Policy
Refund Policy
If a customer’s order was prepaid by credit card or debit card, we provide a cash refund service. This refund can be processed back to the customer’s bank card or through other available payment methods. In the case of a return where the original payment method was cash on delivery, the customer has the right to receive a refund from our branches, or by a transfer to their bank account or mobile e-wallet. Customers are not entitled to request a cash amount again if the purchase was made on our website.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
